Touchstone systems has extensive experience in assisting private and public health organisations in providing management information. We have assisted many NHS Trusts in taking data out of existing Pas and clinical systems, and feeding the data into health data warehouse for management and regulatory reporting. This work has been carried out both inside and outside of the national program for IT through connecting for Health.
Our experience includes taking feeds from iSoft/Millennium CDS/IM200 data sets, HL7 system integration, PAS feeds and text feeds from systems such as pathology, radiology and theatre systems.
We have helped trusts in the creation of data warehouses for reporting, in the implementation of third party data warehouses (including CACI, system C, and iSoft), and advised on best practices in terms of data validation, cleaning and pathway validation.
We have provided different trusts with training and report creation in a number of tools including Business Objects, Cognos and Microsoft SQL Report writer, as well as providing custom integration routines, reports and data manipulation routines.
Touchstone has extensive knowledge of CDS file formats and production, IM100/IM200, and the production of 18 week pathways.
