ISO9001/2000 and Metamation

11th April 2009 - ISO 9001/2000 accredited

We are pleased and proud to announce we have once again been certified as ISO9001/2000 compliant. ISO accreditation ensures that the Touchstone systems, services and processes meet the highest possible standards. We achieved this accreditation through the use of our own Metamation document and information storage product.

The ISO9001/2000 quality system is a common sense, well documented system that ensures consistency and improvement of working practices, including the products and services produced. They are based on standards, which specify a procedure for achieving effective quality management. ISO 9001 is the most commonly used international standard that provides a framework for a quality management system.

Through its use of these standard, regular reviews of processes, blending these processes with its products and services, and the use of the Metamation Document, Information and Quality Management system, Touchstone Systems has met all the requirements with ease.

However, Touchstone did not implement ISO9001/2000 just for a tick on the box, but to ensure that the services that we offer and the products we deliver are of the highest possible quality, provide value for money and provide the best solution for our customers.
